College Park Presbyterian Church is led by ministries of elders, deacons and members working together to fulfill Christ's mandate to "make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that Jesus commanded". (Matthew 28:19-20) Ministries meet to reflect on where God is calling His church and to take action throughout the month on accomplishing His will. Members and newcomers alike are encouraged to become active in the church by joining these ministries. Please click here for the monthly church calendar for ministry meeting dates and times.

College Park Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Program

The CPPC DAP has been created to keep you informed regarding ways to prepare and recover in the event of a disaster, like a hurricane, tornado, flooding, terror attack, etc.

College Park Presbyterian Church Disaster Assistance (CPPC DAP):
• Don Wadsworth (Deacon) Central contact person for disaster assistance 407-291-4943 or cell phone - 321-287-7428 – he has voice mail on both phones.

• Your Personal Deacon Contact. (If you do not know who that is, please call Bonnie Keller, 407-277-3574).

Central Florida (Orlando Sentinel):
No matter which Florida County you reside in, it's likely that an operational and fully staffed Emergency Management office is hard at work, taking the lead and ready to assist if a possible disaster is approaching your area. These local agencies stress preparedness and work in tandem with other local groups like law enforcement and the National Weather Service, to ensure proper and swift response should a disaster strike.

The Florida Division of Emergency Management and our local Emergency Management offices plan on using "AlertFlorida", providing statewide emergency alert and notification services to all Florida residents, businesses and visitors. Communities can customize alerts and notifications of: tropical threats, tornadoes, flash flooding and other watches or warnings issued by the local branch of the National weather service.

Users of the system can select text messaging, email, voice calls, TDD/TTY messaging and mobile apps for Apple, Android and Windows mobile devices will all be used to keep you ahead of the storm. For additional information on the "AlertFlorida" program and the Florida Division of Emergency Management, visit

Music Ministry
Chancel Choir
Our Choir continues to grow and provides beautiful and meaningful music to our worship services. We urge you to become a part of this talented and dedicated group. Just gargle, breathe from your diaphragm, and unleash your desire to sing aloud! All are welcome to join and learn more about the melodic ways to worship. How do you join? See or contact our Music Director, or call the church office. There is always room for a willing soprano, alto, tenor, baritone, or bass. OK, that's everyone who wants to sing! The Chancel Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings, 6:30-7:30pm.

Handbell Choir
We're told that "anyone who can count can play the bells." So, if you want to play music, but think you can't, then try the bell choir. This choir plays periodically throughout the year and is an important part of our worship services at special occasions. If you would like to join, see our Music Director or contact the church office. This choir rehearses on Sundays after the Fellowship Hour.

Children's Opportunities for Expression
Including our children in worship extends beyond the Children's Message each week! As special events and holidays come, we have opportunities for our children to lead the worship in song, handbells, drama and mission extensions. Many of our adults come forward to help in this effort to keep our children engaged and growing in their knowledge of how to worship the Lord. Those children age three and over are invited to be a part of practices and presentations as scheduled.

Coffee & Cookie Fellowship
After each Sunday service we gather in the fellowship hall for a time of fellowship, cookies and coffee. If you want to be a part of the team that helps set up for this ministry we would love to have you.

Our greeters are a warm, welcoming and outgoing group of people who are always looking for others to join them. If you want to assist people finding a seat or giving them a bulletin, this is the ministry for you.

You can sponsor the flowers for the Sunday Worship Service in honor of a loved one or in memory of a loved one. Flower arrangements are $25.00 each. Please contact the church office at 407.898.4671 to order flowers.

Woman's Groups
Presbyterian Women at College Park Presbyterian Church are organized into two circles:

Faith Circle - Faith Circle meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month in the Conference Room. Faith Circle is currently studying the Book of Esther, a Beth Moore video series.

Grace Circle meets the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room unless otherwise announced. Grace Circle is currently studying Breaking Free: The Journey, The Stories (Book of Isaiah though lives of Kings)

In addition, both circles participate in national, local, and congregational missions that enhance the lives of all people from the perspectives of women of faith.

Circles are an extension of the church and all women are invited to participate and take part in the variety of activities meant to challenge and stretch and reach into the lives of others who have needs. Circles provide an opportunity for women in a congregation to nurture new and old friendships and to strengthen the church family. In addition, the close relationships formed in circles give rise to leadership opportunities and the richness that comes when groups of women grow together in the faith; learn to support each other as well as communities outside of the church; and discover the effectiveness of group work in the name of Jesus Christ.

Although the Presbyterian Women of College Park can often be found in hospitality activities, their work is far broader and inclusive than the images sometimes portrayed. Women of College Park can be found in every aspect of church life.
